Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the x99 platform at x99.cam — including registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the x99 platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you (the player) and x99 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the subject matter herein. x99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, x99 will post the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of x99 after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to remain informed of any changes. x99 may, at its discretion, also notify registered players of significant amendments via the email address on file. However, failure to receive such notification does not exempt any player from compliance with the updated terms.
Acceptance by Use
Your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is evidenced by any one of the following actions: completing the registration process on x99.cam; clicking the "I agree" or equivalent checkbox during registration; making a deposit into your x99 account; or placing a bet or participating in any game on the platform. Any such action constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
x99 is an online gambling platform. Access to and use of the x99 platform is strictly limited to adults who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. x99 takes its age verification obligations seriously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle.
Eligibility Requirements
In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible to hold an x99 account and participate in any betting or gaming activity:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
- You must be the sole owner of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds into your x99 account. Third-party payment arrangements are not permitted.
- You must not have been previously excluded from x99 or self-excluded from any gambling platform under a formal self-exclusion arrangement.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or operating an x99 account.
- You must be a natural person (individual human being). Registrations by corporations, trusts, partnerships, or other legal entities are not permitted.
Identity Verification (KYC)
x99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of all registered players. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other time x99 deems appropriate:
- National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
- Valid passport (data page)
- Driver's licence
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registration in your name)
Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by x99 support may result in withdrawal delays, account suspension, or account closure. x99 will handle all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Section 3
Account Registration
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) x99 account. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.
Registration Information
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change. x99 is not liable for any losses or issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x99 account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact x99 support immediately at [email protected]. x99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of security.
Account Currency
All x99 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. x99 does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made in BDT via local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits made via international payment methods (Visa, Mastercard) may be subject to conversion by your card issuer.

Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits
x99 accepts deposits in BDT via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however x99 may apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large deposits at its discretion. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your x99 account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be credited depending on the processing time of your bank.
You must only deposit funds using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will result in the funds being returned (less any processing fees) and potential account suspension. x99 does not accept deposits made with funds derived from any illegal activity.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. x99 applies a verification-first withdrawal policy: the first withdrawal from any account requires completion of KYC verification before processing. Subsequent withdrawals from verified accounts are subject to standard processing times.
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Withdrawals typically processed within 1 to 4 hours of approval.
- Dutch-Bangla Bank / City Bank / BRAC Bank / Islami Bank / Sonali Bank: Withdrawals typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
- Visa / Mastercard: Withdrawals typically processed within 3 to 5 business days, subject to card issuer processing times.
x99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed if the account has not completed KYC, if there is an ongoing security investigation, or if the withdrawal would result in a negative balance after pending bets are settled.
Transaction Fees
x99 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals for BDT transactions via local Bangladeshi payment methods. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their own fee schedules. x99 is not responsible for fees applied by third-party payment processors.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
x99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these Terms & Conditions as well as any additional terms specific to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded by x99 are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 of total qualifying bets to be placed before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable funds.
- Only bets placed with bonus funds (not real money) count toward fulfilling the wagering requirement, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, sports betting, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% or 20%). The contribution rates for each game category are stated in the promotion terms.
- Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms.
- x99 reserves the right to remove bonus offers, change wagering requirements, or modify promotional terms at any time, with changes applying to new bonus claims from the date of change.
Bonus Abuse
x99 monitors bonus usage patterns and reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk; coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures; or providing false information during registration to qualify for a promotion.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed and games played on the x99 platform are subject to the rules applicable to that specific sport, event, or game type. Game-specific rules are available within the relevant section of the x99 platform. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.
Bet Settlement
Sports bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant match or event, as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, the ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football). In the event that an official result is not available, x99 will use widely recognised sports data providers to determine the result. x99's decision on the settlement of any bet is final.
Voided Bets
A bet may be voided (cancelled and stakes returned) in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play time has elapsed; a technical error results in incorrect odds being offered; the event is demonstrated to have been the subject of match-fixing or corrupt activity; or a material error occurs in the market description or event listing. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.
Casino Game Rules
All casino games hosted on x99 use certified random number generators (RNG) verified by independent third-party testing laboratories. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is stated within the game's information panel. Live dealer games are governed by the rules of the relevant card game (Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Roulette) as displayed in the live game interface. x99 is not responsible for internet connection issues that result in a player being disconnected from a live game; in such cases, the outcome already determined by the dealer at the point of disconnection stands as the final result.
Minimum & Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual bets and vary by game type, event, and market. Current stake limits are displayed within each game or betting market at the time of placing the bet. x99 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for any player or market at any time, including imposing reduced maximum limits on accounts that have demonstrated unusual betting patterns.
Section 7
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on the x99 platform, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your x99 account; providing false identity information during registration or KYC; or engaging in any form of financial fraud on the platform.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker, live dealer games, or sports exchange markets.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human system to place bets or play games on the x99 platform without prior written permission from x99.
- Match-fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on knowledge of a pre-determined outcome (match-fixing) or non-public information about an event's outcome (insider trading in sports betting).
- Bonus exploitation: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through multi-accounting, minimal-risk wagering designed solely to fulfil bonus requirements, or any other scheme designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
- Money laundering: Using the x99 platform as a vehicle to launder money or otherwise obscure the origins of illicit funds. x99 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence authorities in cases of suspected money laundering.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for funds deposited into your x99 account. Chargebacks are treated as fraud; affected accounts will be suspended and the chargeback amount plus any associated fees will be recovered.
Technical Exploitation
You must not attempt to exploit any technical vulnerability, bug, or error in the x99 platform software. If you discover a vulnerability or error that results in an incorrect game outcome or odds display, you are required to report it to x99 support immediately. Any winnings derived from a known technical error are not valid and will be voided upon discovery.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
x99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; provision of false or inaccurate registration information; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected bonus abuse; suspected money laundering; chargeback initiation; or any conduct that x99 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of games and markets.
Player-Initiated Closure
You may close your x99 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected] with a written request for account closure. Upon receipt of a closure request, x99 will process any pending withdrawals of your available real-money balance to your verified payment method, settle any outstanding bets, and then close the account. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Self-Exclusion
x99 provides a formal self-exclusion programme for players who feel that their gambling has become problematic. Self-exclusion is available for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in to your account, place bets, or participate in any promotions. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted to [email protected]. x99 will process self-exclusion requests within 24 hours. Players who have self-excluded are strongly encouraged to also contact relevant problem gambling support organisations.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. x99 may apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳50 to dormant accounts, deducted from the real-money balance, once the account has been dormant for 12 consecutive months. You will be notified by email before inactivity fees commence. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in to your x99 account. If the real-money balance reaches zero due to inactivity fees, the account will be closed. All KYC records for closed accounts are retained for the legally required period.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the x99 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any interruption to gaming services caused by technical failures, maintenance, or force majeure events. x99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in that player's x99 account at the time the claim arises.
